Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of gifting products, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
